In my opinion, it looks like a pretty cool combination (red hair is kinda needed though, sorry).
Lately, I have fallen back on this technique of choosing two shades from the same colour spectrum when creating an easy outfit. However, I feel that mixing with two shades of the same colour isn’t as credited as it should be as the possibilities with this technique to easily add colour are quite extensive.
For example, imagine a navy skirt and a sky blue top together, it sounds super pretty but also colourful and easy. And I’m not going to lie either, I have already used that outfit idea in a post before. The technique can make the most basic archetype of an outfit such as shorts and a top appear exciting.
For the brunettes out there, I suggest wearing a ruby red skirt with a baby pink top. For blondes, the outfit I mentioned before with the navy skirt and sky blue top. Lastly, black hair matched with a nice pair of amethyst shorts along with a lavender top would result in a wondrous combination.

Now that I’ve gone into my passion for two shading, here are the details of my outfit:
A-line skirts have been wildly popular as most of you would’ve noticed. I decided to par take in this movement and purchase a golden brown skirt from Dangerfield to go with a lighter brown cropped knit from Sportsgirl. I wore this with black loafers and the backpack shown in the photo above was also purchased from Dangerfield.
